Two performances with multi-screen projections and a live soundtrack were created as part of the Navigators project.

The second performance, at the University of Paris 8, had a series of interludes about the collection of printed materials, 78 rpm records, and film prints constituted for Navigators. As I loaded two side-by-side projectors with overhead views of these documents shot on 16 mm color film, I discussed the role of collecting and its materialities in my research for the project.
An article based on the text of this second performance was published as “La collection de Navigators,” Trafic Almanach 2023 (Paris: P.O.L., 2022), p. 260-266.
